Local changes (2026-10-26): Relocated webpack assets and React Router below /play/sandspiel/. Disabled Firebase initialization, online accounts, Sentry, ads and tracking. Uses the published runtime without upload/gallery controls. Original local physics retained. Published runtime files are pinned by their upstream content hashes; revision identifies the source reference.
